We are proud of our dedicated maintenance team who are working the front lines around the clock to ensure that our tenants are safe and that our buildings are exceptionally clean during this time of crisis.
Our maintenance team Mark, Fred, Ricardo and their supervisor Paul are going the extra mile to do the important work of routinely cleaning and sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces in our buildings. They have implemented special cleaning protocols as recommended by Public Health and are ensuring that they are taking all the necessary steps to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in our buildings.
Our maintenance workers are the main point of contact for our tenants and they are going above and beyond, including working on the weekends, to ensure that the tenants feel safe and secure in their homes. “During this time, I feel an extra sense of pride and purpose as I do my work”, said Paul.
