On Wednesday, March 4, 2020 we celebrated our 15th Anniversary of Empty Bowls at The Americana Conference Centre, Niagara Falls. This year's event was our most successful yet, raising $61,000 in net proceeds to provide supportive transitional and permanent housing for individuals and families across the Niagara Region!
At the event there were 550 guests with 21 different food and beverage vendors.
Thanks to all the support from our sponsors, judges, vendors, potters, donors, attendees and volunteers for continuously making our signature fundraising event a success, year after year!
Congratulations to our 2020 Empty Bowls Soup Winners! OLiV Tasting Room & Restaurant took home both the People's Choice Award (voted on by the guests) and the Platinum Ladle Award (voted on by the judging panel) for their Black Truffle and Wild Mushroom soup infused with Roasted Elk Stick and topped with a Cherry Elk Tartar and Balsamic Pearls.
